Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc., is proud to be part of the National Community Action Partnership, a network of over 1,000 Community Action Agencies nationwide. The Community Action Partnership was created under President Lyndon B. Johnson’s War on Poverty and the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964.

Our Mission

Community in Action

Every year, more than 25,000 individuals and families across Coös, Carroll, and Grafton Counties turn to TCCAP for support, stability, and pathways to self-sufficiency. Through more than 14 programs and 50 services, we’re strengthening communities across Northern New Hampshire.
