Cornerstone Housing North provides safe, comfortable, and affordable housing for seniors aged 62 and older in Berlin, New Hampshire. Operated by Tri-County Community Action Program, the property includes twelve one-bedroom apartments designed to support independent living in a welcoming community environment.
Cornerstone Housing North is funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Section 202 Supportive Housing Program. This program helps ensure that older adults with limited income have access to stable housing while remaining independent.
Residents pay approximately 30 percent of their adjusted gross income toward rent, with the remainder subsidized through the HUD program.

Applications are accepted for individuals aged 62 and older who meet HUD income eligibility guidelines.
Interested applicants may download the Cornerstone Housing application and tenant selection plan below. Once completed, applications can be submitted to the Cornerstone Housing North office for review.
