Helping People Secure Permanent Housing

Tri-County Community Action Program’s Housing Stability Services assist individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their housing. Our team works with households to assess their situation and connect them with programs and resources that support stable housing.

Services may include:

  • Emergency shelter support
  • Rental assistance
  • Eviction prevention
  • Referrals to longer-term housing programs

Each household’s needs are evaluated individually to determine the most appropriate support. Programs are funded through federal, state, and local sources and are available based on eligibility and program availability.

Coordinated Entry and Housing Navigation

Many housing services begin through the Coordinated Entry system, which helps assess a household’s needs and connect them with the most appropriate housing resources.

Housing Navigators work with individuals and families to explore available programs, complete applications, and identify options that support long-term housing stability.

After-Hours Homeless Emergencies

If you are experiencing a homelessness emergency outside of normal business hours, please dial 211.

211 NH connects callers with trained specialists who can help identify emergency housing resources and other available supports. The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
