Our spacious one bedroom apartments are conveniently located in downtown Berlin, NH., and provide low-income seniors the opportunity to live independently in comfort and safety. The building offers on-site laundry facilities, community spaces, and on-site property management.
Annual income must not exceed the income limits determined by HUD. Annual income recertifications are required under HUD guidelines for continued eligibility.
