ServiceLink Aging & Disability Resource Center
ServiceLink is a national network of resource centers where trained specialists offer information, counseling, referrals, and assistance accessing Medicare benefits and programs. TCCAP operates the ServiceLink in Coös County. Services are available to people with Medicare, Veterans, their families and caregivers.
How ServiceLink Can Help
ServiceLink programs help people with Medicare understand their benefits and program options, as well as apply for other community based social services, state benefits, and other TCCAP programs.
All TCCAP ServiceLink staff are certified through the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services and can provide the most up-to-date and accurate information to help clients make informed and educated decisions about their health care and insurance options.
