Providing In-Person Services to Remote Communities

TCCAP connect is a fully equipped mobile office that provides in-person services to remote communities in Coös County. TCCAP Connect links households in rural Coös County with TCCAP staff and trained Community Action Resource Coordinators who can assist them to apply for TCCAP program services and other public benefits. Households may use the unit’s high-speed satellite internet to fill out applications, upload supporting documents, access other service providers, and schedule appointments.

TCCAP Connect travels on a rotating schedule throughout communities in Coös County, ensuring that New Hampshire’s most remote communities have access to the essential services offered by Tri-County Community Action — without having to leave their community.
