The Tri-County CAP Family Dentistry clinic is a modern, handicap accessible dental practice in Tamworth that offers full-service oral health care. We are on the campus of the Tri-County Community Action Resource Center, right next to Eastern Propane on Route 16.

We have friendly, experienced staff that are highly qualified to offer state-of-the-art oral health care in a clean facility using the latest in dental technology and electronic imaging for an easy, stress-free dental experience. We make your visits as comfortable as possible.

We currently accept NH Cares and Child Medicaid. Medicare Advantage and DentaQuest are accepted on a limited basis. We participate in Care Credit payment plans and offer a sliding fee scale for qualifying patients.

Payment is expected at the time of the visit unless previous payment arrangements have been made with the Practice Director.
