Senior Meals, Meals on Wheels & the Senior Center of Coös County
The Tri-County CAP Senior Meals Program and Senior Center of Coös County and is dedicated to promoting healthy aging and independent living for senior citizens aged 60 years and older.
Our TCCAP Senior Services focus on the emotional, physical, and nutritional health and wellbeing of Coös senior citizens. Senior Meals provides Senior Congregate Meals, Meals on Wheels, and a Senior Center located in Berlin. Other service sites include Whitefield and Colebrook. Meals are planned by a certified nutritionist and are cooked on site daily by our trained kitchen staff.
Senior Center activities include fitness and crafting classes, card playing groups, mahjong, volunteer opportunities, group travel, social events, shopping, educational workshops, dance parties, and many other opportunities for healthy senior social engagement. (and FUN!)
Senior Meals Program

Senior Center
- The only senior center in Coös County.
